Data we process

When you complete the contact form we process your full name, company name, work email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Technical verification data is also processed to protect the form against automated submissions.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed solely to assess your request, respond to you and conduct pre-contractual discussions.

The legal basis is your explicit consent and the conduct of discussions leading to a contract. Your data is not added to any marketing list.

Transfers

Your data is never sold to third parties. Processing uses only the infrastructure of our hosting, email delivery and bot protection providers.

Sample and analysis data

This notice covers only the contact details you send through the website. Once work begins, the terms covering your samples and analysis results are set out in a separate agreement.

Retention

Once your request is concluded, and where no commercial relationship is established, the data is kept for at most twenty-four months and then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing.

You can send your requests to info@molevex.ai; they are answered within thirty days at the latest.

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. Only the technical data required for the page to work and for bot protection is processed.
